About 3 months ago, SMITE launched out of beta and into the hands of the general public. But before the release of the game out of Beta, they put together a "founders" esq. pack that allowed you to pay once and from that moment on, you would have and receive all current and future gods ever released. Needless to say, the completionist nerdgasm engaged and I bought it and haven't been too disappointed yet.

The game takes what I love about League of Legends, and the things I love about action RPG's, and the things I love about hack and slash beat em' ups and smashed them together in a 3rd person view instead of the classic top down view most MOBA's receive.

Thats not to say the game doesn't have it's flaws, but there is no such thing as perfect MOBA. SMITE has yet to suffer from hyper mobility for the most part. There are some that can, but at the cost of a long winded ult. Apollo, Janus, to an extent Thanatos and Thor.

I have seen 4 complete character revisions, the most recent one being one of my visually favorite Gods, Nu Wa. Not sure if they felt her under powered in compared to other mid's, but I love the changes. Epic wave clear, High powered group ult. Stuns and slows. Her ability to adapt went through the roof.

Next week I will be diving into the realm of DC and bringing you Infinite Crisis.
